Detailed description

The property is accessed via a pair of electric security gates.

Parking is allocated and secure on a brick paved driveway close to the font door.

The property has its own front door, opening onto a straight flight of stairs which lead to the landing.

The landing has a small kitchenette within it. The kitchenette is also a newly fitted and is “open plan” on the landing and suitable for very light snacks. There is a kettle, toaster, mini fridge, microwave and essential cutlery and crockery. There is an extensive selection of restaurants, tea rooms, cafes, takeaways and bars within a five minute walk.

Bedroom 1 is laid out as a double room (Feather & Black king size bed) with new White Company bed linen & towels, carpet and decorations ready for 2014 season. It has exceptional uninterrupted views of the river Arun and townscape views of Arundel cathedral and castle. There is an en-suite bathroom to Bedroom 1 (Karite toileties).

Bedroom 2 is laid out as a large twin room. This room could also be used as a living room if the flat is being used by a couple who requires more space.

The shower room is en-suite to Bedroom 2.

Garden:There is a secluded part of the garden that is available. It catches the sun throughout the day and sunset, benefits from views of the river/ town/castle and cathedral. It is set up with a table and chairs for 4 people with parasol. Guests are encouraged to enjoy this part of the garden rather than the terraces in front of the main house.
