Terms and Conditions
Payment
Full rent must be paid prior to arrival.
A deposit is also to be paid prior to arrival. This is refundable after departure subject to any deductions for losses or damages to the property. A £500 deposit is required for a booking for one week. For longer bookings the deposit equates to one week’s rent. A Temporary Accommodation Licence Agreement is signed by both Landlord and client.
Method of Payment
Payments may be made by cheque, credit card (American Express, Diners, Visa, Mastercard,; electronic bank transfer, cash on arrival.
Cancellation
A booking can only be cancelled prior to the start of the rental period.
A guest who wishes to cancel must notify Regent property Holdings in writing
For June, July and August
If the written notice is received less than 8 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 4 weeks.
If the written notice is received between 7-8 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge shall1 be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 4 weeks.
At other times
If the written notice is received less than 3 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks.
If the written notice is received between 3 to 4 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge shall be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks
